My Best Friend Wanted Breast Implants

There are several reasons why people go under the knife and get plastic surgery. My friend knew that she wanted to get things done when she graduated college. She wanted to get breast implants so saved up her money for months until she had enough for the procedure. She then paid for the surgery and ended up getting Plastic Surgery in Staten Island.
