The Conspiracy Theorists Version of How To Lose Weight Fast

I was watching this guy on TV the other night. He is really an out there kind of news commentator. He only has a show on local cable access. He talks about this really weird stuff. He is always talking about government conspiracies and stuff. The night in question he was saying that the government is trying to get everybody fat and sick with diabetes, and slowly introduce some mind control drugs into the regular medication. He started talking about how to combat the government plans, and how to lose weight fast. He said the best way to lose way to lose weight fast was to do the opposite of what any government agency tells you. Basically to take the FDA food pyramid and turn it upside down. I’m not too sure about that.
