    Tips For Chest Exercise

    January 31st, 2010 by admin

There are certain tips you should follow to make every chest exercise a great workout for yourself. So many newbies think they can skip the warm up, but that’s not a good idea at all. All it really takes is two light weight sets to get the blood pumping and preparing the chest for the coming assault. Another tip is to remember that size comes first.
