He’s Just Nipping Away

My won’t my little puppy stop nipping? I feel like I have tried every possible solution to get him to curb this stupid habit of his but nothing seems to work for him. I want to know how to stop puppy nipping so I can get rid of his problem and move on house training him for example. He definitely needs that too as you could probably tell from taking a look at the carpet or the rug. Puppies are such a big load to handle that at time I wonder why I ever let my daughter convice me to get another one!
